Broker's Comments
This is a beautiful example of a 57 x 10 Eurocruiser finished in heritage green with off white panels and an imperial crimson coachroof. The interior is mainly oak faced timber with ash trim and a light cream panelling to the cabin sides and roof lining. She was launched in 2018 and has a BSC until May 2022.
Please note that this boat is Not Vat paid and needs to be used as a Live-aboard.
The mooring on this lovely marina is available with the boat, subject to meeting the marina owners and is around £220 per month.
The cockpit area is fully cushioned and she has hydraulic wheel steering which allows full use of the cockpit seating when cruising. There is full cockpit instrumentation and an easy to use bow thruster for those tricky situations. There is plenty of under seating storage and the gas locker is also in the cockpit area with a spare bottle in the bow locker.
As you enter the boat through the stern you arrive in the lovely well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar and two stools, granite worktops, a belling eye level oven with separate grill, combi microwave oven, integrated fridge and separate freezer (both 240v). There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen and there is also a cupboard under the breakfast bar which is plumbed ready for a washing machine if needed.
The large airy saloon area has a double sofa bed from Oak Furniture Land, two radiators, a Morso wood burning stove with an attractive surround and storage units. There are integrated ceiling speakers for the pioneer radio/CD/bluetooth unit and there is a TV point.
Moving down the corridor you come to the spacious bathroom with full size shower cubicle, electric toilet, fitted vanity units with porcelain basin, chrome heated towel rail and a full height storage cupboard.
Finally you come through a privacy door into the master bedroom with a king size ottoman bed with storage underneath along with the waste tank. There are two large double wardrobes with mirrors, plenty of cupboard and drawer space, a small corner desk/dressing table, wall lights and access to the bow of the boat.
