Broker's Comments
The first thing you notice when you step inside the saloon of the Broom Crown 37 is the vast amount of space, a light and airy living space with L shaped seating around a saloon table with lots of storage on the port side. Down the steps is a well equipped galley with full size cooker opposite the day heads compartment. The highlight however is the large aft cabin with large double bed and separate heads and shower compartments.
The build quality is evident to see and this particular boat had a thorough re-fit by Broom around 9 years ago.
This has to be one of the best Crown 37's available on the market having been meticulously maintained by the current owners.
