Broker's Comments
With the current owner a keen diver this Birchwood has lent itself to a less conventional use than what you would expect from the brilliant weekend cruiser and proven some things that are not necessarily designed for the purpose still work extremely well. The platform above the leg providing water access for the divers and a large covered cockpit for plenty of gear, she even has a warm little cuddy to cook up some scram or just a good warm brew!
Then again you could use her as a fishing boat or weekender, as our Graham used to say the "choice is yours"
