This Birchwood 25 has had a host of recent upgrades in August 2010 including the following new items; Canopy, Upholstery, Curtains, Hour meter, unused toilet. She has had a full engine and leg service in Aug 2010 along with the antislip on the deck having been repainted. The new cooker is also unused
She had a survey in March 2010 with all issues addressed and the owner has said he has a set of Davits and a Fridge for the boat if required.
She has her Broads licence paid until March 2012 and has a BSC until 2013.
This is a lovely boat with no faults that is priced sensibly especially given her excellent condition.
She was ;ast out of the water during winter 2010 when she was pressure washed and antifouled along with the outdrive leg service.
