Broker's Comments
Live aboard barge for sale in France. Boatshed bourgogne is pleased to offer this Dutch ex work boat converted in a live aboard boat for sale in Burgundy. Our vendor has cruised only 40 Hours since bought the barge, mainly used as a static live aboard. All the interior was refitted in 2012 after having insulated all the hull (rockwool) and carried major refits inside. Photos of the interior are available while the boat was reffited. Lots of under floor storage, as well as the port side.
The studio room in the extension of the wheelhouse is not finished as the under space is being transformed into a shower, heads and private wet room.
Large open saloon open to the modern style kitchen. Central heating through out of the boat with the addition of a pellet stove to warm the interior quicker and give a cosy atmosphere.
After few years of living on board, our owner and his partner want to change life style and move on to something different.
Mooring in this quiet town, in central France and very closed to the wine area could be transferrable under request.
