Samantha was positive and helpful throughout the whole sale process in what was a very flat market around the time of the General Election. Her advice on sale pricing to catch what interest there was around was realistic and did the trick. Once our buyer had been found she held the line regarding the price. Several timewasters were weeded out early! The "photo record" was excellent and I am sure did much to attract interest. All the administration was dealt with very promptly and professionally and turning the final agreed offer into cash went without hassle. As one might say "A pleasure to do business with"
