Broker's Comments

The Southerly 105 (originally designated the 33) was the first Swing keel Southerly and at the time of her introduction was way ahead of her contemporaries. The 105 is my favorite Southerly model for many reasons. Down below is so roomy, well laid out and homely, large aft cabin, can take the ground, shallow draft for up the river, capable of big passages, internal helm, large heads, easy to handle and her in-mast reefing main is a major plus point for many people; the list just goes on and on!
But - this particular example has lain ashore for some time and does require quite a bit of tlc before she gets away from the yard, however looking on the bright side, she has had her keel refurbished and a professional two pack re-spray of her topsides. These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
