Moored on a marina berth very close to Blackwall DLR station, convenient for the City and London in general. The marina is quite and well run, offering an ‘oasis’ of calm in the middle of London’s madness. Living on a boat is very satisfying and very cost effective compared to your average two bedroomed apartment in this area. This boat is in fantastic condition, converted in 1993 at Michael Dennet,s boatyard on the Thames to the highest specification and fitted out by craftsmen using mahogany, finished with 12 coats of varnish. She is extremely comfortable and well equipped, ideal as a live-aboard, but also well suited to travelling the waterways of Europe. Her current owner has taken her across the Channel and travelled along rivers such as the Danube and Moselle. The interior joinery is superb and the amount of storage would impress the most fervent of hoarders. The boat is extremely solid and has been well maintained. She is currently moored at a marina with electricity, phone and broadband connections available and this mooring is available to a future owner subject to some additional cost. Moored 7-10 mins walk from Canary Wharf underground (Jubilee line - 14 mins to Westminster) and 5 mins walk from Blackwall DLR. Secure gated access to mooring. These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
