FASTIDIOUSLY MAINTAINED BENETEAU OCEANIS 411.
Privately owned and coveted.
I have watched from my office window as this boat has been prepared for the season. Meticulously rubbed back,primed with special gold Nautech primer then anti-fouled. Decks scrubbed, hull polished, brightwork cleaned, winches polished to remove finger marks.
This is not a boat that has had a quick valet prior to sale, this boat has been kept up to this high standard on an ongoing basis by her owners.
The vast majority of her equipment was either upgraded from new or enhanced during ownership.
In case you were concerned that with all the cleaning and polishing, she was just a water based apartment, I can confirm that she does go out sailing on a regular basis.
