| Broker's Comments
This Bavaria 49' is ARC ready and is the only Bavaria 49' rated to Category '0' to date. She has proven herself to be more than capable of going Transatlantic, having taken part in both the 2004 and 2005 ARC's. Her condition is excellent thanks to being maintained by her skipper to an exceptionally high standard. Her equipment has been chosen with the benefit of the Skippers many years and miles of sailing and reflects a knowledge of what has been found to work in the most gruelling conditions, rather than because it has shiny buttons and looked good in the box. She has a fully integrated suite of navigation equipment and has the benefit of an onboard computer with the latest weather information sytem. Forewarned is forearmed.
So if you still haven't chosen your vessel for this years ARC, disregard any media myths you may have heard about Bavarias and make an informed decision based on all the evidence, having viewed her for yourself.
